Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so a reference to it is no longer required.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG.
